Diploma Policy

In the Master's course, we train the students to practically solve the social problems with interdisciplinary partnerships.
In the Doctorate course, we train the students to creatively solve the social problems with interdisciplinary knowledge and advanced techniques, and contribute for the development of administration theory.
For this training, we confer a degree on the student who has acquired the abilities as following at the end of the doctorate course.

<Master’s Degree Program>
  • <Knowledge, Understanding>
    Student who acquires a sufficient academic knowledge of administration for the practical solving of social problems.
  • <Thinking, Decisiveness>
    Student who thinks analytically regarding the research tasks based on the interdisciplinary knowledge and also thinks specifically about the research process that leads to the solution strategy.
  • <Interest, Willingness>
    Student who is able to find the research tasks proactively and is willing to investigate the solution to the research tasks above understanding the social significance.
  • <Attitude>
    Student who has an advanced sense of social ethics and has an attitude to activate his highly specialized knowledge and techniques for making social contributions.
  • <Techniques, Expression>
    Student who has an advanced research method of investigation and analysis for the solution of social problems. In addition, the student is able to coordinates the research achievement theoretically and systematically, present it in the correct way, and position and express the significance in a huge range of social fields.
<Doctoral Degree Program>
  • <Knowledge, Understanding>
    Student who finds the research tasks from multiple angles and in many fields, and also has a highly specialized, interdisciplinary knowledge and techniques for the solution of the research tasks and the development of administration theory.
  • <Thinking, Decisiveness>
    Student who finds the research tasks from multiple angles and in many fields, and also is able to make a creative research process.
  • <Interest, Willingness>
    Student who is able to find the research tasks and move forward investigating the solution of research tasks, and also is willing to create new theory related to administration.
  • <Attitude>
    Student who has an advanced sense of social ethics and has an attitude to activate his highly specialized knowledge and techniques to contribute sincerely for the development of academic techniques.
  • <Techniques, Expression>
    Student who has an advanced research method of investigation and analysis for the solution of social problems in a creative way.
    In addition, the student is able to coordinates the research achievement theoretically and systematically, present it in appropriate method, and position and express the significance in a huge range of social fields.

Curriculum Organization and Implementation Policy (Curriculum Policy)

To train the students determined in the diploma policy, we organize the education curriculum as follows.

<Master's Degree Program>
1. We divide the education curriculum into the general subject, the advanced subject, and the special practice.
2. As the general subject, students will start collecting information and studies related to administration, and will also have the subject for learning the research methods of expression, investigation and analysis during the first year.
3. As the advanced subject, we arrange the education curriculum which are related to administration and is based on the demand of the times, into five categories; public, business, information, welfare, and nursing.
4. Along with training student's ability to engage in research projects with the cooperation of others, and teaching students the writing methods of a master's thesis, we have the special practice to draw out the student's interest in the social problem.
5. We set up public and business course, information course, nursing course as a model registration considering interdisciplinary.
6. We have day and evening classes as well as classes on Saturdays for the demand of various recurrent education by applicants with full-time or part-time jobs.
7. We evaluate the learning achievement by the evaluation criteria determined in the syllabus.
8. We screen the master's thesis by the evaluation criteria based on the diploma policy.
<Doctoral Degree Program>
1. The subjects of administration study are divided into two areas "the public domain" and "the management domain", and also there is "the base domain" that crosses the two areas. Necessary subjects will be arranged for those areas.
2. We construct curriculums for student's registration in multiple fields across different subjects.
3. We evaluate the student's academic achievement by the evaluation criteria determined in the syllabus.
4. We investigate the dissertations by the standard for screening based on the diploma policy.
