Take a bus to "the Kotsu Center", or take the streetcar to "Karashima-cho",
and there is about a ten-minute walk to the Kotsu Center.
From the Kotsu Center to the Prefectural
University of Kumamoto
Take the Municipal Bus
for Nagamine Danchi (marked "Nisseki Nagamine" or "Nisseki Tsukide";
departs Gate 27), and travel for about 40 minutes. Get off at "Kenritsudai
Dori" (West Gate) or "Kenritsudaigaku Mae" (Main Gate).
Or, take the Municipal Bus for "Nagamine Shogakkomae" (departs
gates 12 or 27), and travel for about 35 minutes. Get off at "Nisseki Byoinmae,"
and there is about a one-minute walk to the university.
