I have continued to work during the Golden Week. It was terrible.
I'm thinking about a retirement. Reuters says whether a man is happy retired or not may depend on his marriage, mental outlook and physical health more than his pension.

Today, in this country whose view of itself was once captured in the slogan, "100million, all-middle class society", catchphrase harshly sort people into "winners" and "losers" and describe Japan as a "society of widening disparities".
A relatively high level of satisfaction with retirement was often attained by men who had reported many risk factors for poor child and midlife development...but who in later life had some positive resorces, such as a good marriage and easy-goiing attitude.
I think that the satisfaction is not only found among those free from physical disability or those with large pension funds. So anyway, the love is more important tha money at the end of life.
