I belong to the International Exchange Club. Our main task is to help foreign students at PUK. We go to the airport to welcome them or see them off and we help them prepare for life in Japan. For example, we might go to the city hall to help with foreigner registration, or take them to the post office or the mobilephone shop. Another aspect of the club is that foreign students from Chinese and Korea offer to teach us their mother tongue once every week. Everyone can study with us for free!!
We can also have a welcome party regularly at the cafeteria or enjoy sports with them in the PUK gymnasium. I think that interacting with foreign people and listening to their opinions is very important to broaden my ideas. I want to be a person who can be receptive to different opinions and also say frankly what I think.
