I want to tell you a bit about some great musicians who I recommend. But before I do that, I should explain that my favorite kind of music is punk, especially the kind of punk known as emotional hard core, or "emo". This genre is characterized by a furious guitar sound and very emotional vocals. There are few opportunities to hear this kind of music, so I want you to know about it.
The first band that I would recommend is Wrong Scale. Their sound is furious but clear, and they are so cool that I never tire of hearing them. I recommend Fate Effects the Surface, their third mini-album.
